We are a mail order business, but you may pick up your items if an appointment is made in advance.
ShippingAfter payment is received, orders are shipped by UPS or Federal Express. Smaller orders may be shipped Parcel Post. All shipping charges include insurance and delivery confirmation. PaymentThe following are acceptable forms of payment: money order, certified check, and cashier’s check. Personal checks are accepted, but the order may be delayed up to 10 days until the check clears. We also accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal on the internet. The buyer pays shipping charges and any taxes that may apply. Six percent tax is charged for sales in Pennsylvania. Warranty/ReturnsWe will warranty defective, new parts only. Electrical parts are non-returnable once installed. No warranty is available on any parts that have been modified. Installation labor or shipping charges are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on the returned parts. No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery confirmation. Any returns must be in the original package and be presentable for resale. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain items. KP Automotive Inc.’s liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. Back-ordered ItemsWe will notify you of any backorders within two business days. Most backorders will arrive within 3 weeks. Upholstery generally takes
8 to 12 weeks from when order was submitted.
